This Action allows you to upload and link to an external JavaScript file.

To use the Action choose External JavaScript from the Page>Page Actions menu. In the Action palette you can choose the JavaScript file to upload and where to place the link to it (before the closing head, after the opening body or before the closing body).

This should really be an option in Document setup as per External stylesheets. Mike

Could this action be altered to output BEFORE the page-> HTML Markup "Before </head>"?

It makes sense to link javascript libraries using this action, then initialise/call them in the page markup.

Right, I got bored waiting for this to be updated by Softpress, so I've amended it myself and published it as v1.3

Softpress, could you update this action so that it gives you the option to select a site-page? The Source Code Snooper action enables me te erase html-pages and replace the code with js-code. After changing the file-extension from .html into .js I got myself a 'local' js file I should be able to select. Interface wise it should work exactly the same as Walters 'Use External Style Sheet' action … thanks.
