Master Items or Submaster pages

We all know the master pages, and they are very useful. It would be nice to have the possibility to make also Master Items. Why?
There are several items that are the same on ALL the pages, like the css menu, the agenda sibebar, etc. But some grouped pages under menu items like shop, activities,… these need some additional items on them in the sidebar, and it would be nice to have a submaster or an option to have master items that you can apply on a group of pages, pages that are children of a main master page.
