Rollover border action

I see this everywhere on sites, it something I am surprised is not a feature on Freeway Pro though has to be made up with styling. Apply the Action to a HTML box, (with or without image) choice of rollover (hover) color and click color. Also thickness of border… step further… rollover margin? Please this would be great.
