“Bust” your page out of an enclosing frameset. You discover that your site has been trapped in a frame by some unscrupulous person; someone passing your hard work off as your own, perhaps.
Apply this Action to the page in question, and the moment the page finishes loading, the frameset will be replaced with your page, loaded from its real URL.

Nice one Walter! Any chance of making it a Folder action as well though? To me it seems to be a site-level setting rather than page-level.
